In 2019-2020, in collaboration with Canvas – Center for Applied NonViolent Actions and Strategies, I presented a module to climate change activists from Extinction Rebellion, Green Peace, and Compassionate Revolution in the UK. I introduced them to state-of-the-art knowledge on why civil resistance works, and the condition for its successful implementation.
We also implemented the reverse planning strategy and used this to design two civil resistance campaigns to influence local political outcomes in Kent.
